The Conversation.
Starts with a message or a call. Tell Vince what you're working with — the scooter, the idea, the budget, the timeline. He'll tell you what's realistic, what's possible, and what he'd actually do. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation.
The Plan.
Once the scope's clear, you know exactly what's getting done, what it costs, and when to expect it. No surprises. If something shifts mid-build — and with old scooters it sometimes does — you hear about it before anything moves.
The Work.
This is where it happens. The garage, the tools, the hours. Vince documents it as it goes — follow along if you want. Most people do. Watching it come together is part of what makes the finished scooter mean something.
The Finish.
When it's done, it's right. You pick it up, or we sort out delivery. Either way it leaves the garage the way it should — detailed, finished, ready. That's the standard, every time.
