Shipping & Returns

Local pickup at our Staten Island garage is always welcome and free. Once your scooter build or parts order is ready, Vince will coordinate a scheduled pickup window with you.

We also offer personal door-to-door delivery within the NYC metropolitan area (Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Bronx) and northern New Jersey for a flat delivery fee calculated by distance.

For clients located outside the New York metro area, we ship vintage scooters nationwide.

• Transporters: We work exclusively with licensed, insured, and experienced motorcycle transporters who use enclosed trailers and soft-tie setups.
• Rates: Shipping costs vary by distance, vehicle size, and season, and are quoted on an individual project basis.
• Crating: If required, we can custom-build wooden crates for freight shipping at an additional materials charge.

All scooter sales, custom builds, and restoration projects are final.

Due to the highly customized and vintage nature of these vehicles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on completed scooters once title transfer is completed and/or delivery is accepted. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are purchased and work has begun.

For physical parts and merchandise items:

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they are in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Custom-ordered parts, electrical components, and limited-drop merchandise are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return, contact Vince to get a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once returned items are inspected, refunds are issued directly to the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees.

Please note that 1960s-1980s Vespas are vintage mechanical devices. They operate on two-stroke motors, require manual fuel mixing, and have distinct handling quirks compared to modern automatic scooters.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and run every build through extensive road tests. However, vintage machinery requires user tuning, occasional cable adjustments, and mechanical empathy. Minor weeping of oil, transmission adjustments, and regular plug changes are normal operating procedures and do not constitute defects.
